For seven years a certain boy wizard went to a certain Wizard School and conquered evil. This, however, is not his story. This is the story of the Puffs... who just happened to be there too. A tale for anyone who has never been destined to save the world.

Cost/Stipend: Cast roles are unpaid volunteer positions. There is no fee or extra volunteer requirement to be in this production.

Roles/Characters​​​

Imagine Theatre is dedicated to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility. We are seeking actors of any race, gender, body type, and age 14 and older for all characters. All roles are open for audition and are volunteer. Because Imagine Theatre is primarily a youth theatre company, all adults in the production will need to pass a background check, at the expense of the organization.

 

• Wayne Hopkins - a nerdy orphan wizard boy from New Mexico.

• Oliver Rivers - a mathematician wizard from New Jersey.

• Megan Jones - daughter of the infamous Xavia Jones who thinks she should be in the Snakes house.

• Narrator (and others) - the one with all the heavy books.

• Harry (and others) - a famous student in the Brave house who kills magical beasts and constantly steals opportunities from the Puffs.

• Cedric (and others) - the lead Puff at the magic school.

• Susie Bones (and others) - a Puff who lives in fear of death, because her entire family died.

• J Finch Fletchly (and others) - a flamboyant and happy Puff.

• Sally Perks (and others) - she goes to school here, and is completely blind throughout half the show.

• Ernie Mac (and others) - a very confident and self-obsessed Puff.

• Hannah (and others) - a shy Puff who gets made fun of by the other houses and does not realize what is happening.

• Leanne (and others) - a Puff who grew up as an only child, has never seen other children until now and wants to be friends with everybody.

• Another actor, a Jack-of-all-trades, but mostly a DJ
