About The Show

​Length: The estimated performance length is 1.5hr with a 12 minute intermission.​

Synopsis: THE ADDAMS FAMILY Young@Part, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and a dilemma that’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family—a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before—keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents. (Nether)world of pandemonium.

 

Content Consideration: The Addams Family musical is rated PG-13 due to mature humor, adult innuendos, and scenes depicting comic torture. The younger@part version reduces some of these considerations.

  • General Admission Tickets are $16 for ages 2+

  • Arts4All Tickets $5  (Door Only)

    • (For Oregon Trail/Basic Food Card Holders, College Students, & those living in assisted living/home care programs. Limit of 4 tickets per person. Limit of 8 Arts4All tickets per show.)

  • Thespian Tickets $0 (Door Only)

    • Current student thespians. Must present Thespian card.

*There is a 5% + .75 cent fee charged for each ticket by the Ludus ticketing system. This covers the software costs of the ticketing system & card processing fees. This fee is not optional. Onsite purchases will include a 25cent processing fee. Tickets are non-refundable after 12hrs prior to performance*

Before Coming To The Show!

​ Parking At The Theater

  • Chapel Theater does not have dedicated general parking, only a few reservable ADA spots. General patrons may use the small parking lot to drop off other patrons before finding street parking. Do not park in business lots or block driveways.  

  • There is an overflow parking lot located on the corner of 42nd and Monroe St., across from Grace Pointe Church. ​

​Arriving At The Theater

  • Chaple Theater is a small venue with a minimal lobby. Due to this we ask patrons to form a line outside until doors open. 

  • Doors will open 15 minutes before the start of the show.

During The Show

  • If you need to exit during the performance, please do so during an applause.

  • There will be a 12-minute intermission during the performance. Concessions will be available for sale in the entrance way. 

*Card purchases? Onsite purchases will include a 25cent processing fee.


​After The Show

  • Directly after the performance the cast will have a 12 minute meet-&-greet outside.

ADA, Accommodations & Questions

  • This theater is partially ADA accessible with an easily accessible ramp to access the front doors. There is also a single-user ADA restroom located on the main floor just off the lobby. To reserve one of the ADA parking spots, please email office@imaginetheatre.org.
